Refund Policy
At Premier, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality loose diamonds and custom-designed jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected to meet the highest standards before it reaches you.
Custom Orders
- All custom jewelry orders (including custom-designed rings, special settings, and personalized pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Deposits for custom design work are non-refundable once production has begun.
Loose Diamonds & Ready-Made Jewelry
- Loose diamonds (not set in a custom piece) and non-custom, ready-made jewelry may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, certificates, and any accompanying documentation.
- Diamonds showing signs of wear or damage, will not be accepted.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at premierdiamondtraders@gmail.com within the return period to request a Return Authorization.
- All returns must be shipped using an insured carrier and packaging method approved by Premier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
